Google Drive Files
How to search and browse client files via the Telegram bot.
Google Drive Files
If your organisation has Google Drive connected, you can search and browse client files directly from the bot.
Searching files
You: cerca i file di Rossi Web
Bot: š File Rossi Web (Google Drive)
⢠š Brief_RossiWeb_v3.pdf ā modificato 15 mar ⢠š Budget_Rossi_2026.xlsx ā modificato 10 mar ⢠šØ Mockup_homepage_final.fig ā modificato 18 mar
[Apri cartella Drive]
With a search query:
You: cerca il contratto Rossi
Bot: š Risultati per "contratto" ā Rossi Web
⢠š Contratto_RossiWeb_2026.pdf ā modificato 2 feb ⢠š Contratto_RossiWeb_draft.docx ā modificato 28 gen
Browsing without a query
Omitting the search query lists recent files for the client:
You: file di Bianchi Brand
Bot: š File recenti ā Bianchi Brand
⢠šØ Logo_Bianchi_v2.ai ā modificato oggi ⢠š Proposta_campagna_Q2.pdf ā modificato ieri ⢠š Report_metriche_feb.xlsx ā modificato 5 mar
Notes
- The client folder must match unambiguously. If several folders match, the bot asks you to narrow the name.
- The bot shows file names, types, and last-modified dates. Tap the file name or the Drive link to open.
- Only files in folders your Drive integration has access to will appear.
- A missing client folder never widens the search to all Drive files.
- Searches follow pages within bounded client-folder scope. If coverage is partial, the bot says so; an empty partial page does not mean there are no matching files.
File access is read-only from the bot. To create, edit, or share files, open Google Drive directly. The bot link takes you there.
