The morning checklist is an interactive Telegram message that turns today's agenda into a tappable to-do list.

Getting the checklist

The morning briefing arrives automatically at 9:00. To get the interactive checklist version:

The bot sends an inline keyboard message:

Tapping a task

Tap any item to mark it done. The bot asks whether to log time:

• Sì — logs the estimated duration automatically
• Diverso — prompts you to enter the actual duration
• No — marks done without logging (useful for tasks already tracked via timer)

The checklist message updates live — the checked item shows a ✅.

Evening recap

The recap arrives at your work-end time (Mon–Fri) with: hours logged, tasks completed, tasks still open, and tomorrow's preview. Unchecked checklist items carry forward. Ask manually with "recap di oggi".

Checklist lifespan

The checklist stays active for 18 hours. After that, ask for a fresh one with "checklist".
