PayMe Guide

Telegram Mini App

Run today's PayMe plan, timer, and time log without leaving Telegram.

Telegram Mini App

The mini app is PayMe's day view inside Telegram. It puts the current day's work, live timer, and time progress in one compact queue.

Opening the mini app

Tap the PayMe button in the bot menu, or send:

"apri app" "mini app"

Telegram opens the app in its web panel. PayMe uses Telegram's signed identity, so linked members do not need to log in again.

Day header

The header shows the selected date and two day-scoped metrics:

  • Forecast is the work packed into that day's available capacity.
  • Logged is completed time for that day. A running timer is included live.

Both values use the day's capacity as their denominator. An empty dashed Logged bar means that no time has been logged yet. An amber value means the metric exceeds capacity.

When a timer is running, the header shows the task, project, and live elapsed time. After stopping it, the header briefly confirms the task and recorded duration.

The calendar control opens the full web calendar. Members who can inspect team availability also have a team-leave control.

Current work

Tasks are grouped into the relevant execution sections, including overdue work, current tasks, and upcoming work. Each row supports the actions available for that task:

  • Tap the task to inspect or edit its details.
  • Tap the circle to complete or reopen it.
  • Tap play to start or resume its timer.
  • Press and hold play to log a short duration directly.

The row keeps planning signals visible. Priority, hard deadlines, focus work, estimates, and project context appear where they affect the task.

Planning details

Unassigned project budget and bare allocations are secondary to the execution queue. They start collapsed under Unassigned budget. Open that section when you need to inspect work that still needs planning.

Task filters remain available from the filter control. Sorting controls appear with the expanded filter panel, keeping the default day view focused on work.

Telegram controls

Timer actions may appear in Telegram's native buttons at the bottom of the screen. PayMe follows Telegram's safe and content-safe areas, including changes caused by fullscreen mode, orientation, and Telegram's own controls.
