Bot Commands

The bot understands natural language. Task names resolve only within your assigned open tasks; ambiguous names ask for clarification. Jev selects closed operations and flags, while names and durations are extracted separately. A relative date does not remove a named project filter. Below are examples of what you can say.

Tasks

"crea un task 'Brief creativo' sul progetto Bianchi, 3 ore" — creates a task with estimate

"crea task 'Call onboarding' su Verdi, 1 ora, scadenza mercoledì, firm" — with hard deadline

"aggiungi 'Standup' domani alle 9:30, 30 minuti" — pinned at a specific time (rock)

"chiudi brief creativo" — marks task done

"riapri il task brief creativo" — reopens as todo

"sposta 'revisione contratto' a venerdì" — reschedules

"rimuovi la data dal task revisione" — back to flexible (water)

"metti priorità alta su brief creativo" — sets priority (critica/alta/normale/bassa)

"il task 'deploy' dipende da 'test integrazione'" — sets dependency

"assegna Laura come reviewer del task deploy" — reviewer notified when done

"il task 'architettura sistema' richiede focus" — planner finds 2h+ blocks

"sposta la scadenza del task 'deploy' a venerdì, hard" — changes deadline and mode

"stop ricorrenza standup" — stops future recurrence instances

"vorrei lavorare sul progetto Gialli Tech" — requests project assignment from PM

Timer

"inizio task homepage" — starts timer (fuzzy matches task name)

"inizio homepage, sono in call dalle 9:30" — backdated start: the timer runs from 9:30 (today, past only; refuses if another timer is running or the window overlaps logged entries — then log the past work instead)

"stop" — stops timer and logs the entry

"stop, erano 45 minuti" — stops with duration override

"fatto, chiudi il task" — stops timer and marks task done

"pausa, riprendo dopo" — stops timer and pauses the task

"lascia perdere homepage, inizio la stesura brief" — switches tasks in one step

"annulla il timer" — discards without logging (use only for mistakes)

"timer attivo?" — checks current timer status

Time entries

"segna 2 ore sul task brief creativo" — manual log (today)

"segna 1h30m su homepage ieri" — log on a past date

"log dalle 10 alle 11:30 su call Rossi" — pinned entry with time range

"cambia l'entry di ieri su brief, erano 3 ore" — edit duration

"aggiungi 30 minuti all'entry di oggi su homepage" — adjust duration (+/-)

"sposta l'entry di homepage di ieri all'altro ieri" — change date

"sposta l'entry di oggi su 'homepage' al task 'mobile redesign'" — move to different task

"elimina l'entry di ieri su standup" — delete (with confirmation)

"mostrami le mie ore degli ultimi 3 giorni" — view recent entries

Plan and capacity

"piano di oggi" — today's agenda with rocks, water, and capacity

"piano della settimana" — weekly overview with daily load

"ce la faccio con la scadenza di venerdì per il brief?" — forecast if you'll make a deadline

"lista task aperti" — all open tasks grouped by project

"quanto ho disponibile questa settimana?" — remaining capacity

"cosa è scaduto?" — overdue tasks
