Team Utilisation
Measure how much of each member's available capacity is being used across projects.
Team Utilisation Report
The Team Utilisation report (/reports/team) shows how effectively each member's capacity is being used.
Key metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Capacity hours | Total available hours in the period (work schedule × days − leaves) |
| Logged hours | Actual hours recorded via time entries |
| Utilisation % | loggedHours / capacityHours × 100 |
| Billable % | Hours logged on billable projects ÷ total logged |
What healthy utilisation looks like
Most agencies target 70–85% billable utilisation. Below 60% suggests underutilisation or missing time logs. Above 90% sustained is a burnout signal.
Filters
- Period — week / month / quarter / custom date range
- Member — individual member drill-down
- Function — show only a discipline (e.g. all developers)
- Project type — billable only, or include internal projects

Click any member row to see their utilisation broken down by project, showing where they spent time and how it compares to their allocation.
