Leave added via the bot is auto-approved immediately. For the web-based approval flow (member submits, PM approves), see Requesting Time Off.

"come sta il team oggi?" — shows each member's load %, overdue count, active timer. Scope: today (default), week, or all.

"Who can take on 8 hours of dev work this week?" — ranks members by bandwidth, function match, and project context.

"What if I give Marco 16 hours due Friday?" — previews load impact and earliest completion without creating anything.

"Can the team take on a 60-hour project starting next Monday?" — shows team capacity, committed hours, and members with most headroom.

"Anyone overloaded this week?" — finds overloaded members and suggests redistributions (defer, reassign). Confirm to apply.

"Any projects with budget problems?" — lists projects at warning/danger status with burn vs completion stats.

"Any slack on our projects?" — detects allocations where actual logging lags behind the plan, with confidence levels.
