Workload View
See what every team member is doing today, this week, and how loaded they are.
Workload View
The Team page shows a load summary for every active member. Open it to get an instant picture of who has capacity, who is overloaded, and what's coming up.
What's shown
For each member you see:
- Load % — planned hours ÷ capacity for the selected window (today / this week / all open tasks)
- Hours — planned hours in the window
- Overdue — tasks past their due date with remaining work
- Active timer — if a member has a running timer right now, it appears here
Open a member
In the Map view at /team, click a member card to open their Tasks page with that person selected (/tasks?viewAs=<member-id>). PMs and admins can open any active member; members can open their own card. The existing person switcher and viewing-as banner identify whose work is shown. Browser Back returns to the team map.
In the List view, click the header to expand the workload breakdown, then choose Tasks to open the same member view. See history opens their filtered report.
Data source
Workload data comes from the materialized agenda — pre-computed by the agenda planner. The planner runs on every mutation and via a daily 5am refresh.
Load percentage interpretation
| Load % | Colour | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| < 80% | Green | Has capacity |
| 80–100% | Yellow | Fully booked |
| > 100% | Red | Overloaded |
A member at 120% has tasks that cannot fit in their work schedule for the period — some tasks will overflow to the next day or later.
Filtering
Use the discipline filter to see only members of a specific function (e.g. "All Developers"). Useful for assigning a new task to the least-loaded dev.
