PayMe Guide

Integrations

Connect PayMe to Fatture in Cloud, Google Drive, and Telegram.

Integrations

Fatture in Cloud (FiC)

FiC is the accounting platform that provides quotes, invoices, and products.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → FiC.
  2. Click Connect — this starts the OAuth flow.
  3. Authorise the PayMe app in FiC.
  4. Once connected, the company ID is stored and sync begins.

What syncs

DataFrequency
QuotesHourly
InvoicesHourly
ProductsHourly

Sync is also triggered manually via Settings → Integrations → Sync now.

Quotes, invoices and products are read from ClickHouse current cache rows. Readers validate full payloads and exact IDs; malformed rows surface an error. Task attribution uses the member's active allocations and excludes accepted or rejected quotes in both Italian and English.

Map FiC products to work templates so that importing a quote with that product auto-applies the template. Configure in Settings → Templates → Product links.

Google Drive

Google Drive integration enables file lookup from within the Telegram bot (find_files tool) and from project pages.

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Drive.
  2. Click Connect — authorises with a Google Workspace admin account.
  3. Set the root folder ID to limit search scope to your team drive.

Usage

Once connected, the find_files Telegram tool searches your Drive for client files, briefs, and deliverables. Members can ask:

"Find the Luna brand guidelines"

The bot searches Drive and returns a link.

Telegram

Telegram integration enables the bot, scheduled messages, and NL interactions.

Setup

  1. Create a bot via @BotFather and copy the token.
  2. Go to Settings → Integrations → Telegram and paste the token.
  3. Set the webhook URL to your PayMe deployment URL.
  4. Generate invite links to send to team members.

Member linking

Each member gets a unique invite link. When they click it and send /start to the bot, their Telegram account is linked to their PayMe profile (telegramChatId is set).

Bot features

Once linked, members receive:

  • Morning briefings (9:00 AM Mon–Fri)
  • Evening recaps (at their work-end time)
  • Task reminders (15 min before scheduled tasks)
  • Intelligence nudges (stuck tasks, deadline alerts, budget warnings)

And can send natural language messages to the bot.
